Sometimes payments can be declined for various reasons, for example the zip code provided may not match the billing address.
As the payment failed the money will be returned, this is not immediate because as it stands it is a pending transaction - however the money will go back into your account as soon as the transaction is recognised as failed. If you need reassurance you can contact your bank who will confirm this. Sometimes it can take 2-3 business days for you bank to process this.
