OUR RETURNS POLICY 

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund, store credit or a different product. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.

Please note the following exceptions to our policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact us via our contact page or email info@beforethehighstreet.com - please include your order number in the message.
2. Let us know the products you wish to return from your order.
3. Send your item to us via the post office using the address provided by us.
4. Retain your proof of postage.
5. Once we receive and review your return we will then issue your refund.
